We keep this simple, we only collect what we actually need to run the business and serve you.

a) Information you give us directly

Name and email address when you sign up for our free 6-Day Course, Free Subscription Audit, Book Waitlist, or any other opt-in
Purchase information if you buy a product through Etsy, Gumroad, Amazon KDP, or Whop, that platform collects and processes your payment details (we do not see or store your card information, see Section 5)
Messages you send us if you email us directly with questions or support requests

b) Information collected automatically

Usage data pages visited, time on site, referring URLs, browser type, and device information, collected via standard website analytics and hosting logs
Cookies small text files used to make the Site function properly and to understand how visitors use it (see Section 6)

c) Information we do NOT collect

We don’t collect payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or sensitive personal data (health, biometric, etc.). We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

If you sign up for any of our free resources (6-Day Course, Free Subscription Audit, Book Waitlist), you’ll be added to the relevant list in our email platform, MailerLite. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time, no hoops, no guilt trips.

5. Third-Party Platforms

If you purchase a No Stress Adulting product through Etsy, Gumroad, Amazon KDP, or Whop, that transaction is processed entirely by the platform you’re purchasing on. Each platform has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your payment and account information:
