Welcome to No Stress Adulting. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of nostressadulting.com (the “Site”) and any digital products, content, or services we offer (“Products”). By using the Site or purchasing a Product, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

We’ve kept this as clear and jargon-free as a legal document can be, because that’s kind of the whole point of NSA.

1. Who We Are

No Stress Adulting (“NSA,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is a digital products brand operated by JVC Digital, a registered business based in the United Kingdom, offering toolkits, templates, checklists, mini-courses, ebooks, and related digital content aimed at helping adults 18 to 35 navigate money, career, and life admin.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our Products or sign up for our email lists. By using the Site, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Our Products

All No Stress Adulting Products are digital downloads, templates, PDFs, Notion systems, checklists, ebooks, and similar content. We do not ship physical products.

Products are sold through one or more of the following platforms: Etsy, Gumroad, Amazon KDP, and Whop. Each platform has its own checkout process, payment terms, and buyer protections, which apply in addition to these Terms.

Nature of Content

Our Products are educational and informational in nature. They are not financial, legal, tax, medical, or professional advice. We’re here to help you build practical systems and understand the basics, not to replace a financial advisor, accountant, attorney, or licensed professional. Any decisions you make based on our content are your own responsibility.

4. License to Use Our Products

When you purchase a No Stress Adulting Product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal or household purposes.

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or share our Products (in whole or in part) with others
Upload our Products to file-sharing sites or shared drives accessible to people who haven’t purchased them
Claim our content, templates, or systems as your own and resell them
Use our Products for commercial training, coaching, or resale purposes without our written permission

All Products remain the intellectual property of No Stress Adulting. Purchasing a Product gives you a license to use it, not ownership of the underlying content, design, or systems.

5. Payments and Pricing

Prices for Products are listed on the platform where they’re sold (Etsy, Gumroad, Amazon KDP, Whop) and are subject to change without notice. All payments are processed by the third-party platform you purchase through, we do not directly collect or store your payment information.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy

For EU/EEA consumers: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. However, because our Products are digital content delivered instantly upon purchase, this right does not apply once download or access has begun, provided you have given your prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

By completing a purchase of a No Stress Adulting Product, you confirm that:

You request immediate access to/download of the digital content, and
You acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once delivery has started.

Where the platform you’re purchasing through (Etsy, Gumroad, Amazon KDP, Whop) does not present this acknowledgment at checkout, your purchase confirmation email and/or product delivery page will include this notice before you access the content.

For all customers: Because our Products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are otherwise final, except:

Where required by EU/EEA consumer law as described above,
Where required by other applicable law, or
Under the buyer protection policies of the platform you purchased through (Etsy, Gumroad, Amazon KDP, and Whop each have their own).

If something’s genuinely broken, missing, or not as described, email us at hello@nostressadulting.com, we’ll sort it out.

7. Free Resources and Email List

If you sign up for our free 6-Day Course, Free Subscription Audit, Book Waitlist, or any other free resource, you’re agreeing to receive related emails from us via MailerLite. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Signing up for a free resource doesn’t create any purchase obligation.

8. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

Use it for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data
Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s functionality
Scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content without permission
Impersonate No Stress Adulting or misrepresent your affiliation with us

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, templates, product designs, and the “No Stress Adulting” name and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding, content, or Products without our express written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and our Products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don’t guarantee that our Products will meet your specific needs, that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any outcomes (financial, career, or otherwise) will result from using our content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, No Stress Adulting and its operator(s) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Products, including but not limited to loss of income, data, or opportunity, even if we’ve been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Third-Party Platforms

Purchases made through Etsy, Gumroad, Amazon KDP, or Whop are also subject to those platforms’ own terms of service. We’re not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of those third-party platforms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom, unless applicable consumer protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your own country of residence.
